Free Internet Connection in Kerala (KFON) | How to Apply, Online Registration or Offline Application Form?
It is not clear how the connections will be provided. Will, there be any online registration process or the applicants need to fill any offline form, that's not clear yet. There is also a possibility that the concerned department will auto-identify the beneficiaries and provide them with internet connections.
If the scheme has to be implemented for interested eligible families only, that most probably online registrations (Or offline application form submission) will take place. If all are to be covered that there might not be any application procedure and eligible families might get benefitted automatically.
