We were already aware that the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has planned to allot the houses for the Delhi Citizens under the DDA Housing Scheme. “Once the proposal is passed by the authority, we will launch the 2021 housing scheme. The 700 MIG flats are located in two sectors (16B and 19B) in Dwarka, while the HIG flats are in Jasola. The EWS flats are located in Manglapuri in Dwarka,” said a senior official, requesting anonymity.

Eligibility Criteria of DDA Housing Scheme
Let us see the eligibility criteria that an applicant should fulfill for applying the HIG,MIG Housing Scheme of DDA.
- The applicants applying for the housing for the housing scheme should be permanent residents of Delhi.
- The applicants should not have any housing property in advance on their name.
- Age of the candidates should be more than 18 year of age.
- A person's family monthly income should be Rs 25,000 to apply under CIDCO Housing Scheme (CWS Category).
- However, the weaker section people have been placed in the EWS Category.

How to Apply for DDA Housing Scheme (HIG,MIG) Flats @ dda.org.in
Let us see the online procedure to apply for the DDA Delhi Housing Scheme online on the official portal of dda.org.in.
- Visit the Official Portal of Delhi Development Authority.
- It takes the online user to the Home Page Below.
- Click on the DDA Housing Scheme 2019 Link.
- It then displays the following page, as shown below.
- It then displays the online registration form as shown in the below page.
- Enter the Name of the Applicant, Date of Birth, PAN Number of the Applicant, Mobile Number and Email ID.
- Verify the details and click on the Submit Button to Register.
DDA Online Registration Form 2020-21
- Go Back to the Previous Page and Click on the Login to Apply Online button.
- It then displays the Login Page below.
- Enter User ID , Password, and Enter the Captcha Code.
- Click on the Submit Button.
- It then opens up the form where the applicants should give their Personal Details, Address Details, Bank Account Details and other details.
- However, the applicants are not required to upload any documents at the time of registration.
- Only the successful applicants have to submit the necessary documents at the time of taking draw of flats.
- Moreover, the applicants can pay the registration fee online on the portal.
- The applicants can deposit their money through different modes like NEFT, RTGS and Net Banking.
- Once after the payment of the amount, the citizens will get flats accordingly by the lottery system.
